A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with Perfect Serpent Warrior specters and I'm honestly really happy with their performance so far. Quick Black Star kill (I'll try to get proper showcase footage like mapping and better bosses if anyone is interested) I'm still leveling and experimenting with the supports but this is my favorite setup so far.
