This build is something I have been working on ever since discovering we can achieve 100% block chance. After buying many items and being a PoB warrior for over 2 weeks I was able to map out and get 75% spell block chance as well. The hardest part was balancing the block chance and spell block chance cap while also trying to attain the required dexterity and intelligence for the items. Even though I travel up on the passive tree and get a ton of int, getting 245 for void battery was no joke. Overall solid build, not too crazy budget wise and though I haven't done all of the bosses I did do some fun content. I plan on doing/testing more to see the limits of this build. Though this build feels immortal at times, degen/corrupted blood is fairly dangerous. I do go over the gear and choices I made in the latter part of the video but if you have any comments/questions let me know.
