First things first, this is NOT MY BUILD. I saved the POB last league and cannot remember who made it. This build has the advantages of being very good DPS with totems leaching damage for you (which is huge). You just lay down your totems and dodge boss mechanics. This is my take on a brain rattler elementalist for the mega shocks! Wondering if anyone has any ideas to increase the damage on the build, but the idea is it has near capped phys reduction and between aegis and increased capped res should be quite tanky vs elements as well.
