PoE Charisma, Shield Charge, Deadeye builds without Headhunter, Mageblood

Hey all - first time creating my own build, wondering if anyone has any helpful suggestions to make it better! Original idea for the build comes from Zlayge's HCSSF build, which dips down to the bottom-left of the passive tree to get more armor and health and stuff, as well as balance out the stats for Leadership's Price. Apparently guys have done HC Ubers with that set-up, but since I'm playing soft-core trade, I wanted to see what I could come up with sticking to the right side of the tree with the goal of using the character as a league-starter, with potential to scale up to whatever. Taking Jungroan build to the max. I am currently the highest dps on poeninja for Divergent Creeping Frost Deadeye. This is even without haste slotted in. That would put me over 250mil. However, I went with grace as this version is stable and not pob warrior as most other character on poe ninja. Some key changes: \- I run a rare helmet with reservation, I get eldritch battery through invocations on my sacred relic. \- Aspect of spider for better bossing and overall mapping. Heya folks, So, since I saw Wilma's Requital, I couldn't help but think it seemed like it could be a blast for a Wand Ballista build with Alt Kinetic Bolt. However, the best I could figure for the build would be to more or less rip off Mathil's build from Kalandra league. I would appreciate any assistance folks could offer in regards to refining the build concept.
