Deadeye Int Stack KB Totem Conclusion

Here is my conclusion to the int stack totem deadeye kinetic blast character. Ultimately I felt it lacked too much in power due to its high entry cost(nimis + int stack relic) to be a build worth recommending or spending the time to make a full guide on. I still enjoyed it for something different and learned a few things in the process of making the character but just want to be clear when I make a build I can't fully recommend due to my own personal standards for what I am willing to recommend to others. Hopefully it was still a fun build to witness a bit of and next up will be hopefully a full guide on the impale reap juggernaut.
