I know this looks like a meme build, but damn are there rarely league start VIABLE meme builds. With the new Ralekesh's impatience boots we gain minimum charges instantly when stationary and hopefully the buffed arctic armour can do something now. A few days ago I posted here asking if I should go Consecrated Path or Smite using One for Nothing Hollow Palm Technique. Last league I just did Smite not really knowing about Consecrated Path.
