PoE Cold, Simulacrum builds

Ignore mutahar talking in the background. Inspired by this post, put together this fella recently and despite being a glass cannon(too squishy to do delirium stuff), packs quite a big punch. &x200B; With stuff that has 100% uptime, got about 6 mil dps, with flasks and power + frenzy(generated with 3 link frenzy-culling-pcoc, though can't keep it up at all times) goes to about 10 mil. Still has lots of room to upgrade, like 4 multi jewels, tailwind boots, better rings etc. Pob:

Forgot to tab but the map mods were more life + extra damage + monster resist + poison on hit + chilled ground iirc. It's a really short clip that doesn't do the build justice but I just wanted to show a proof of concept. Finished 36/40 challenges last week playing this build primarily (and another build to do Uber Atziri). Cleared all content, including The Feared after I found out the Atziri there has no reflect. Probably can't do 100% Delirium though, if that's what you want. - PoB.

So, ever since the announcement I've been glancing towards the Battlemage and Fanaticism nodes of the Inquisitor tree and decided to try and conjure up a quick idea for a build using those two. So I had this wacky idea for an ignite build earlier, and to my surprise, the numbers actually seemed to work out. The template for my build was mathil's Divine Ire Ignite character. The idea behind the build was to map with Divine Ire and then blow up bosses with the charges you've generated, since the cooldown looks annoying but the base damage is huge. I've been trying to narrow down my league starter for Heist the past couple of days. Somewhere along the line, I decided I want to do a cold DoT Occultist, more specifically a Wintertide Brand Occultist (SC-trade). I have a few reasons (that may or may not be valid, politely let me know). Full reasoning summaries below, but TLDR: I think cold DoT Occultists will survive nerfing and might even be buffed by new Hexes. Wintertide brand also feels safe from nerfing, is non-meta, and there is always Vortex to fall back on. I may or may not be able to take advantage of new Hexes more easily. Al

My take on FB Zerker, all gear is self-crafted via harvest and will be hard to obtain without it.
