PoE Ghost Dance builds

I Love Spectral throw it's my favorite skill in the game. I've been trying to come up with a way to make ST great again. I decided to try assassin with cold conversion so far it works pretty good my clear is amazing but the single target is lacking and my survivability isn't bad, but it isn't great either. If anyone has suggestions or thinks this is a bad take on ST, I've been working on pobs for different ways to try and make spectral throw good again, physical bleed, Acc stacking. Please help me, I'm not sure where to go from here.

In its current state, its 153% life, grace, determination, defiance banner, petrified blood and ghost shroud for defences Offense is based on snipers mark elehit with wands, relying on split from the mark as well as the deadeye chain and extra proj for clear. I had an idea of abusing Nightblade with Perfect agony, so I did a bit of PoB (the real game as someone call it), and got some nice results.
