Single Target POB link - https://pastebin.com/913aa8i2 Clear PoB with explode chest - https://pastebin.com/NBBHDTxc I did mess up rota here so arcane surge, arcanist brand setup and vaal rf were not up for the kill so dps was about half its potential dps. Build can be much further mid maxed in trade or in ssf with more time investment.
