I Love Spectral throw it's my favorite skill in the game. I've been trying to come up with a way to make ST great again. I decided to try assassin with cold conversion so far it works pretty good my clear is amazing but the single target is lacking and my survivability isn't bad, but it isn't great either.

If anyone has suggestions or thinks this is a bad take on ST, I've been working on pobs for different ways to try and make spectral throw good again, physical bleed, Acc stacking. Please help me, I'm not sure where to go from here.
