PoE Occultist builds with custom stat filters

After about 150ish ex investment, + mageblood (which I think you can replace, although it is absolutely a loss in power; not enough to kill the underlying principles of the build though) I am now sitting at about 160k max hit taken, 6k es, 90 all res, 90k armor, 20 million sirus dps while dying sun is up, and am very happy with the build. Hello fellow exiles! I would like to share with you a build idea I had for this league and tell you of the performance I 've seen so far with mid to high investment. The build : When reading the patch notes and seeing that CwC would receive a nerf of 40% less damage to compensate for the buffs to hand casting I thought that instead of using the usual trigger of Cyclone for CwC what if we used 2 spells that could combine with each other.
