PoE Inquisitor, Lightning, Projectile builds

I had a weird thought of scaling Spark a little different than usual, namely scaling projectiles and duration. On a level 25 Spark you get 8 proj base, divergent Spark gives 1 additional proj per 10% gem quality. Max gem quality is 139%, so no use in maxing it out as much as possible, 120% or even just 100% gem quality is rather easy (Dialla's, Enhance, Ashes). Would make for a base of around 20-30+ proj. Scaling proj speed, duration and cast speed I feel like this could increase the hit rate drastically. Just fill the entire screen in Spark projectiles, moving at zoom speed and lasting 'fore

So I previously played a ball lightning CoC build with Arc in a Mjolnir. Given the new skill that needs shock I've replaces Arc with LC. Does anyone have any ideas for this build? Or ideally if anyone has seen something similar pop up by someone better at this than me?

Hello, I was planning a build around Dissolution of the Flesh, the high hp it was giving, in combinaison to rathpith globes and its futur buff. You can get a fairly high amount of spell damage for almost free, and I though of using that in an attack build.
