PoE Movement builds with custom stat filters

Came from a Raider build last league, but I felt I died more than I'd like. Did lots of research, and I think I have something viable here, but I'd love some more experienced player's opinions! My goal was to make a Flicker Strike build that's tankier than most, while still getting reasonable damage. The budget was around 10 divines, though I'm sure you could easily add more to get higher stats on the gear. I plan on doing all content with it except ubers, as that would be a whole different build. PoB:

Berserk unticked because it only activates after taking damage. Don't want to double-dip count 50 rage + berserk for pob numbers/planning. It's in CWDT setup to reduce button clicks / simplify the build. Vaal anc warchief unticked because of short duration, though is used.

I finally finished my build, killed all the pinnacle bosses including uber elder. Did simulacrum to 27, later I optimized my build further but didn't try again. can't kill uber variants perma 9 endurance 9 frenzy. 4 power on uniques 100% chance to avoid all ailments and stun layers of defense 73% from armour + 44% from endurance+determination physical dmg reduction + 8% from infusion 75% capped resists + 100% suppress with 56% reduction. 20 fortify, 10% reduced damage taking while leeching, 47% evasion, blinded enemy

Gear -Basically all resists have to come from ring and belt slots. -Rings could be better; Circle of Guilt and/or +1 frenzy rings are a huge boost if you can manage resists. -You can run an Uul-Netol's Vow with Close Combat and push more DPS. -Requires tree adjustments. -Losing the skill quality from Ashes of the Stars makes the build feel worse to play Tree/Skills -You can drop a couple of points and pick up Call to Arms if the cast time on Enduring Cry annoys you. -More mana than needed from the tree / medium cluster for aura cost reduction. -You can run a medium cluster to pickup Petri

FAQ: Can I leaguestart as this build? I wouldn't recommend it. Why not? Flicker strike is notoriously not an easy build to leaguestart, and this specific variant has even steeper requirements. It absolutely sucks for single target because of frenzy charge problem, making Farrul's Fur and Enhance support mandatory. Better try this as your 2nd character. What kind of build is this? Made a general draft for a trauma support Flicker Strike Berserker and the numbers came out just fine. Just, don't try to do uber bosses on flicker. It's a miserable experience. Notable interactions: Permanent Adrenaline, permanent onslaught, 50% uptime on berserker, rage on stun, 30% chance for frenzy charge on hit vs marked target. Blood Rage optional (!). First league in a while(skipped last 5 or so). Everything feels so much more dangerous. Had more damage than this at one point but didn’t feel like my survivability was high enough. I attempted regular shaper and was one shot by a gold ice ball. Am I super flimsy still? Is shapers damage still just way up there? I’ve always known about the danger beam. I’m starting to level a Vaal double strike(is there a potentially a better skill for this build?)for the shaper fight too in the future because like I said, it’s been a while so I forgot how risky flicker can be in
