Came from a Raider build last league, but I felt I died more than I'd like. Did lots of research, and I think I have something viable here, but I'd love some more experienced player's opinions! My goal was to make a Flicker Strike build that's tankier than most, while still getting reasonable damage. The budget was around 10 divines, though I'm sure you could easily add more to get higher stats on the gear. I plan on doing all content with it except ubers, as that would be a whole different build.
