PoE Shadow, League Starter, Melee builds

Hey guys, I just wanted to make sure with experts that I understood everything correctly : I'm playing Frost Blades Trickster in SSF (leaguestarted it... it went how you can guess). However I got to farming T16, still getting slapped by Essences because for some reasons i have 159 armor etc but that not what this post is about. As a fellow SSF enjoyer I spend quite a bit of time in Heist, and I got as usual \[\[The Admiral\]\] At first I thought "yeah... seems cool but wont use it" but then I thought about elemental equilibrium (that I can take right away, i'm pathing in front of it anyway

The idea is: freezing everything on screen is a defensive layer, probably very good in the Sanctum Frost Blades is getting a huge increase to added damage % so let's try to build around it. Ailments don't care about resistances on hit and whatnot, just base damage, so high added damage is good. Heatshiver gives up to 130% added cold damage as fire if we can freeze things. Hence Expedition's End for %as more damage freezes and Southbound + freeze duration stacking. This all means we can inflict 1 second freeze on Pinnacle bosses with attacks. Above is a rough day 1 plan for my LS Trickster. I'm going the full armor/ev route because it's easier to get eHP early on, especially vs phys damage, and it also allows me to grab 13 different masteries that synergize with the build. I know Heartstopper is a controversial node, but I feel like it will smooth out the damage I'm taking, even if I don't always notice it or run into some bad rng. Any advice? I realize Champion does armor/ev LS better probably, but I'm really looking forward to trying out Trickster.

Hey guys, i finally put together a POB for a lightning strike trickster. &x200B; This is my league starter ( hopefully) and what im trying to achieve gear wise in the first 10 days to 2 weeks ( depending on how much i can play). Took a Poison Spec Helix build from poe ninja and converted it into a possible league start. I like the idea of utilizing blind, elusive, and the crit swift affliction. Looking for feedback on how to make this a bit tankier.

Hey guys, this build surprised me and everyone. We started this off as another meme and this dagger caught my eyes and lead to another meme build, which... Honestly, turned out pretty amazing. We kept it cheap to simulate league starting gear and it's taken out all content so far. A lot of people were asking for this build the past couple days so I figured I'd get this one out before minmaxing. We're around 20k armor, 70 spell suppression, decent leech and those can definitely be improved. DPS sitting around 5m or so. Let me know if you guys have any questions! Video: [

I am working on an assassin static strike character as a potential league starter for 3.16. I would like for it to be a bit tankier but can't figure out how to get that into the build, any ideas on how to get that set up? &x200B; Also more damage would also be nice, as I can't seem to squeeze anymore in.

PoB: So the idea is to go Trickster to make flicker free, and then to go MoM to take advantage of that defensively. I am doing this rather than Terminus Est Crit Flicker because I'm a hipster I guess? I've started every league since Breach with Oro's flicker, and I know it is quite solid for everything up to and including yellow maps, which is all I really need for a league starter anyway. Any suggestions for improving the build? Don't pay too much attention to the gear, I was mostly just playing around with the new "sort by dps"
