PoE Assassination builds

Generic tree and items for testing out some of the new skills while being able to grind to at least t14´s. Just switch lightning wands for fire wands and Heart of Thunder to Heart of Flame for Blazing Salvo. Glhf!

The plan is to swap out ele focus with pinpoint. Somehow this actually turned out better than assassin variant, im curious to see how it does, leveling will feel like ass, no atziri flask.... :(

Hey guys, I've tried putting together a hit based fireball using pinpoint and scorch, the damage looks really good in PoB right now so im wondering if I have ticked a few boxes, everything looks warranted to me right now. Please help take a look over it, any comments and feedback are much appreciated. PoB:

Discharge changes from patch notes: Now has an added damage effectiveness of 450%. Now deals 56 to 203 base lightning damage per power charge removed at gem level 1, up to 394 to 1422 base lightning damage at gem level 20. Now deals 30% less damage with Ailments. Despite the 30% less damage from ignite, the added damage effectiveness seems to me like this will be the strongest skill for ignites. So I threw together a build with medium-budget items and it turns out to deal decent damage. Clearing might be a pain due to the cooldown and reliance on secondary spells for charges, though.

Assassin Crackling Lance Fairly simple setup with Inpulsa, dodge, ailment immunity. Intention is to get the speed boost from Assassin and scale cast speed and crit instead of Archmage. So discharge will receive a large damage buff, but will be on a cooldown. I'm thinking about ways to make self-casting Discharge work, and i've come up with some archetypes, although none of them feel 100% satisfying. First i thought of an Archmage build to make use of the fact that Discharge now is on a cooldown anyways, so handling the mana cost would be a lot easier. Hi Frands, I have made a lightning warp auto bomber. No clue if it would work. Don't have time to test it either. If you want to, go for it. It's only here in concept, so you can modify it as you want. &x200B; The idea is simple. You lightning warp across the map. As you warp, you shock, Chill and kill. This causes Herald of Thunder and Herald of Ice to come into the mix. Does it work? No clue. Probably needs more cold damage to allow Warp to freeze and proc Herald of Ice. Could be done with the new ring maybe. Again, no time to test it. The gear is not filled out on it. Could be fin
