How i crafted the Helmet:

1. I bought the Base with the enchantment "24% Increased Ice Nova Area of Effect" for 2 Ex
2. I bought a Warlord Exalted Orb for 125 C and slammed it
3. Then i used Orb of alterations until i hit the T1 mod "Increased Elemental Damage"
4. After that i regal Orb it and then i removed the mods i didn't need (Remove life + Remove Attack), so i had only the "Increased Elemental Damage" mod on it.
5. I augmented it twice with critical modifier to get the 2 mods "+1 to Maximum Power Charges" and T1 "Global critical Strike Multiplier"
6. Then i bench-crafted low life on it to block the Prefixes.
7. I double augmented it with Fire modifiers to get the "Fire resistance" and "Neaby Enemies have -9% to fire Resistance"
8. Then i changed the fire resistance to cold resistance with the harvest craft "Change Fire resistance to cold resistance with the same tier"
9. I used plenty of "remove life modifier and add life modifier" until i hit the T2 for now.
