PoE League Starter, Slam builds

Hi all! I've been tinkering with the idea of a Vaal Ground Slam build -- as I'm sure many of you have been -- and I put together my take ( on a Juggernaut variant to use as my second character this league. I often run into the issue of league starting on a character that is great at clearing, but trash at bossing. I wanted to put together a boss killer that required minimal investment to compliment my league start (And wasn't mines -- RSI just doesn't sound all that appealing to me) and this is what I landed on. Build: Main question I was hoping to get answered is the question of DPS. Because my god everyone says something different when it comes to acceptable DPS. 1 person says min 250K is the goal while another says 2M is the goal on league start.

This is a CD Bleed Sunder Slayer (May swap to EQ and remove CD if Sunder feels terrible for league content) The idea here is to be the position of the build before reaching red maps and attaining any BiS gear. I wanted to play around with Warcries and Ice Crash was just pretty, so I've been working on this build since league start. Nothing fancy yet as far as equipment goes, Ideally a + crit chest and a ring with frostbite on hit would be a better choice, but I've only put maybe 2-3 Ex worth of currency into this build. Handles T16 just fine, and while single target isn't great, with a little work this could get up to 1m Shaper DPS pretty easy, at least according to PoB. Posting my league starter, should be a viable build for doing all content in the game, i myself plan on starting this in SSF. don't mind the weapon it's just a place holder to simulating something i can get a day or 2 in. rest of gear is up to you playing.

I dont think i took too many liberties with the config, weapon may be a bit strong imo. Idea behind this, both tectonic slam and war crys are supposedly getting buffs + support gem so we want to take advantage of that. I like going crit and your options are Swords or staves, i have always liked the idea of staves and they give us some end charge and power charge generation which is important. Tect slam will now use 1/3 the charges, meaning we can now use someone other than Cheiftan and Jugg. War cry buffs mean more damage and once you take the instant warcry node
