PoE Duelist, Cold, Simulacrum builds without Mageblood

So, damage is up a little bit, and mostly speed is up by a lot! This is starting to get insane really. I usually run deli on my maps as normal mapping is no challenge anymore. Having said that, defenses of this build are still very much lacking. This will be improved but i kinda decided to go full meme build and ditch some defenses. For instance my body armour now has an elevated +1 gems and +1 support gems prefix instead of defenses. This gives flicker strike an additional 18% teleport range. I built this because I wanted to build around fatal flourish and perma-freeze sanctum (Southbound is a little better for freeze and mapping, hotht gloves for dps bosses). I just gambled away most of my currency and failed my no-hit run to a degen that occurred after I killed the sanctum boss floor 2 :( after doing many flawless practice runs... so I'm kind of feeling done with the league but wanted to share.

DISCLAIMER: I have not actually played this build in any way yet and 3.18 is when I'll possibly try it, so it could have periods of build progress where its shit before it becomes good, or just be shit forever.
