PoE Templar builds without Ice Nova of Frostbolts

I am planning my new league starter for 3.18. This is the current "best" one I could come up with, that shouldnt be too expensive to get close to.

So league is winding down and i've been spending my POE time trying to learn myself a little about coming up with builds. Hi fellow Exiles, my goal for this League was to play at least real selfcast build. Tried Glaciel Cascade and Crackling Lance at first but wasnt happy with the tankyness (GC) or the clearspeed (CL). As my third attempt i tried Purifying Flame and fell in love with it. pros: \- great clear, even without big investment into AoE \- good scaling (through circle of anguish, crit, etc) \- pretty consistent dps, no ramp up mechanics, ignores many map-mods \- pretty tanky (in my case: 26k armour unbuffed - up to 55k with flasks + molten shell, 88 all ele res, 1.6k life & es regeneration, 6.5
