PoE Awakened Cast While Channelling, Hierophant builds

Back at work again today, can't play. Over the weekend I spent a good portion of my money upgrading my manabond character from the previous post. Got mageblood, 3rat talisman, rare boots and some other upgrades. Went from 12k es to 16k es, 8m to 18m dps. Not shabby but not where I want to be just yet. I still haven't purchased the forbidden jewels or squire. That's definitely the next step for me. Path of Building question... as I scrolled past the "Precision" notable on the skill tree I noticed a huge bump in DPS which caught my eye. Was a bit surprised though because I am playing as a manabond hiero with cyclone + arc, so really spell based. I don't recall global accuracy being meaningful to spells. This notable plus the minor before give +10% cast speed as well but was skeptical that addition would result in \~13M+ additional damage. Hey there, Path of Exile community! I'm excited to share my theorycrafted CwC BV Hierophant build with you all. I've been using poe.ninja as a reference and I'm feeling pretty good about the overall viability of the build. However, I do have a few questions and concerns that I was hoping the community could help me with. First of all, I have some empty gem slots that I'm not sure what to fill with. POB: I made this build mainly trying to make a cool pain attunement low life build which it used both attacks and spells with the help of battlmage cry and to apply the increase to spell damage from indigon to attacks aswell. In the end i had to gave it up for many reasons like: having to interrupt cyclone to cast BMC, warcry speed isnt fast enough, cant get enough power and you put at risk if surrounded by enemies who can stun you to death, and so on... But now, i used the space of the BMC to use reckoning to apply conductivity

Thoughts Pros \-Decent Damage/Clear \-Very good EHP (Block) \-Simple gear choices (Uniques everywhere lol) \-Budget 10ish ex? Clusters easy to craft. Watchers Eye 2ex Cons \-Chaos bosses can kill you if not careful \-Slow ES sustain, if a lot of damage goes through block you die \-Low physical Resistance, can be one shotted by big phys hits. \-DPS listed is not accurate, probably more like 25-40% less depending on Manapool, easily stays below 50% though.
