PoE 3.23 Affliction Cold builds

As I approach the end of my first campaign run, I've spent several hours in PoB trying to make an Ice Shot Deadeye build and would appreciate any feedback on whether I've missed any glaring gameplay mechanics, adjustments etc that could enhance the playstyle further.
