PoE Champion, Critical builds

pob: Hello, I have invested 15+ divines into phys flicker yet am still struggling in juiced high tier stuff(3k+ wips on average). An average map is one to two deaths minimum, struggle to kill the occasional double empowered mob. Getting one shot a lot, especially when molten shell is off. Can someone look over my pob and help? Note this is my first time setting up my own build and going this far with it, any help is appreciated

Leveling, starter setup, level 83, help Alira, lvl 19 gems: 500k DPS - yellow maps. Using Crit strikes/Crit damage to maintain frenzy charges more easily with near capped crit chance. Main upgrades are Abyssus -> Perseverance -> Lion's Roar -> Additional impales Watcher's eye. End-game budget setup 9M DPS, petrified blood, purity of elements, pride watcher's eye, better terminus, perma adrenaline, 100% suppression, overleech: So that is my take on a low-budget b

Focus - (potentially Phase Run if the trigger immediately removes it) - Vaal Flicker Strike Make sure you're low enough on chaos res that forbidden rite deals 51% of life damage.

DISCLAIMER: I have not actually played this build in any way yet and 3.18 is when I'll possibly try it, so it could have periods of build progress where its shit before it becomes good, or just be shit forever. Champion Blood Sacrament 7k life \~permanent adrenaline. Using 1 cast tick shots of blood sacrament at 52.66% life reserved to hit low life. just pop a flask to trigger adrenaline. very tanky. much better than the es versions I tried. anyone have something better working for this skill?

With the Impale mechanic being applied by the main attack and 100% hit chance, would it be viable for Impales to be consumed by a CoC spell in addition to your attacks and scale generic phys damage for both? What do you think? Here's a mockup: Note I cannot add Dread Banner or Shattering Steel yet.
