So that is my take on a low-budget but very capable flicker strike build with good defenses.

The +2 additional impales pride watcher's eye is essential to give you flat damage due to Terminus' low DPS. If you're overcapped on resists and feel like you need more DPS, Steel rings provide a nice boost to DPS.

10k Molten shell on left mouse works great too, and you can pick up the guard wheel for increased duration and reduced cooldown for great uptime, allowing you to jump in and out of combat with flicker without too much risk.

This build takes Bannerman for a big DPS boost on bosses and tanky rares, so make sure you put down the banner for +50% additional effect which will help cap out your impale chance, lower the enemies accuracy and provide +10 maximum fortify for a few seconds.

Going for Vaal Pact is an option because we have overleech, and we can invest a bit into maximum leech to further increase the sustain.
