Dual Strike of Ambidexterity Champion should be a good league starter especially if you're looking to farm bosses, as it hits big dps numbers with little investment.

Loadouts show progression from level 1 to endgame. I would say the endgame gear + clusters is around 10div total, maybe less, depends on how prices shake out this league. Early gear with Frostbreath/Ichimonji is like 60c and hits 6m+ dps, and without clusters is 20m+, so the damage ramps nicely.
