The build : When reading the patch notes and seeing that CwC would receive a nerf of 40% less damage to compensate for the buffs to hand casting I thought that instead of using the usual trigger of Cyclone for CwC what if we used 2 spells that could combine with each other. Just now I reached level 95 and killed most endgame bosses (missing maven and uber elder). The Idea was to use Phantasmal Lightning Tendrils and scaling crit, cast speed and tankyness via golem effect. With the help of +3 minions level helmet, anomalous golems and the new % quality amulet I receive a lot of damage and defence.
