PoE Atziri's Foible, Cloak of Defiance builds

Pob: This is the general premise of the build: with a very high speed we cast Crackling Lance, the cost of which we make sure to be over a 100 mana. So, with every cast we have a 50% chance to trigger the spells in our helmet, Storm Call and Hydrosphere. To buff their damage we cast a very juicy Arcane Cloak. Could use Despair or Elemental Weakness. Despair will add a bit of extra chaos damage to the hit and might work better against bosses. Need to figure out how I will get multiple curses out. Witchfire Brew, Bane, Vixen's Entrapment are all options. Probably going with Witchfire Brew though. Could use Flame Wall as an additional damage skill. Support with high Spell Damage Multipliers. Oh hivemind, I call upon thee! So, ever since the announcement I've been glancing towards the Battlemage and Fanaticism nodes of the Inquisitor tree and decided to try and conjure up a quick idea for a build using those two. While perhaps a little unconventional, I decided to go for Frostbolt and Ice Nova, coupling it with a Debeon's Dirge. Edit: Sorry for no description. My daughter (who's 5 months) started crying and I ran from my desk without finishing. Basically the build utilizes mind of the council and you max out Mana. Scion appears to be best option, but you could probably swing it with the right pathfinder tree. Couple the maximum Mana with agnostic and you get some insane life regen.
