PoE Atziri's Foible, Cloak of Defiance builds

Was talking to someone in the poe subreddit about Lightning Warp today, and tinkering around with a LW build gave me ideas for another build. Introducing, the CWDT 50% MoM Hierophant. We use Tempest Shield and get a ton of block via Glancing Blows and some good block nodes. Sports around 1.2k mana regen. Normally CWDT would be pretty worthless on a block build, but thanks to Glancing Blows, we take half the damage we block, meaning we can still reliably trigger our spells. An interesting build based on mana stacking using Mind of the Council and Manastorm to scale damage. I wrote Archmage in the title but it's just a reference to how we scale damage with mana. This was a build I was really excited to try and it turned out really well. It was a very rounded build with good defensive layers, good single target, and very fast clear for a budget. Agnostic is pretty broken and makes this build feels a lot tankier than it should be due to the constant regen. With 70/60 dodge chance, it's a pretty tanky build. So, last league I didn't had a chance to play archmage storm brand (mostly because I thought it was way too strong and a lot of people were doing it already, so it was not that interesting to me). After playing archmage cremation to 100, i wanted to push the damage as far as i could. This lead me to intensify stacking, which with enough stacks allows almost all of the projectiles to hit a single targe. The kill isn't perfect but its the best i could get with my limited attempts. I personally think intensify stacking is the way for bossing but i might be wrong.
