MoM Righteous Fire Elementalist Build Guide ~ Path of exile Ritual League 3.13

I'm happy with the results this build brought home although it fell far short of the budget friendliness I originally had foolishly thought was possible. This build could achieve most the endgame content only bricking maven(no regen debuff on RF) on the first try in the last phase and failing a 5 way uber fight with all res rolled onto it. I was high on previously deathless elder/shaper guardian 4ways and somehow thought one of the worst mods for my single target was a good idea in a very dangerous encounter.
