PoE Nova builds with custom stat filters

I made my cold dot occultist It is a pretty solid build. Which can easily farm most of the content. But I cannot complete ubers except uber shaper. I have 89 all resistance(thanks to +2 cold max resistance from a relic) 90% physical resistance. Damage is perfect for mapping. Even ok for 100% delirium. But it feels a bit slow on ubers. Now, I am trying to find a way to improve my DPS without sacrificing survivability. And sadly, I am out of ideas now. If someone has any suggestions for 50 divines budget I will be reall

I am like in dire need of help... I don't know what to improve on next honestly. I can farm T16 maps slowly, but I still do get 1 shotted lol. I've seen people running Hex Master on PoENinja and some people don't even run Vitality or Determination. Can't fit Vitality in at the moment. I prioritized Determination over Vitality.
