Total cost: 20-50div Step 1: Buy bunch of eclipse staff bases. Step 2: Alt spam for T1 DOT multi. May take some time. Step 3: Harvest reforge chaos for T1 chaos DOT multi. Step 4: Recomb DOT multi and chaos DOT multi. Step 5: use fossils (shuddering + metallic + jagged + corroded) for all spell skill gem. Step 6: clean up bases, you want them to only have the mods you want. Step 7: multi mod both bases. Craft penetrate chaos and penetrate elemental. Step 8: recomb final staff and profit.
