It is centered on Vortex of Projection and plays as a intelligence, spell, area, cold archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 21.18M DPS with 1.54M effective HP, 2.08K life, 2.77K energy shield. This build has no floor visibility, making it easy to melt into DoT Ground, lol. Vortex itself has difficulty seeing the floor, even without a skin.
PoB
This PoB setup is from the previous league. The wand originally had the “Haunted by Tormented Spirits” enchant, but I excluded it since it’s no longer available. The DPS is calculated based on the conditions:
- the monster is on Low Life, I am Focused, and I have maximum Frenzy charges (which is possible through the Vaal skill). My gear could still be better, but I had to stop since I’m completely broke on currency.
Under the assumption that all Atlas explicit nodes are allocated:
- Map mods to absolutely avoid (never run):
- Less Recovery
- Reduced Block
- Map mods to be careful with:
- Reduced Suppression
- Reduced Maximum Resistances
- No Regeneration
- For Tier 17 maps, the 40% reflection mod can be handled with 147% reflection reduction (from flasks + Mageblood + ring effect)
