Testing some content with my phrecia char without any ascendancy for a possible league start as pyro mines reliquarian. just some raw footage for ppl that are interested in this kind of thing.

I'd say this testing char cost me around MB + 150d in phrecia if I had to estimate (helm is pretty good). Build is nothing crazy for the investment, but the playstyle is very comfy - on this investment outside of ubers you can basically face tank anything with aegis recovery, which is normally the big downside to mines, I really enjoyed playing it in phrecia.

I was first to 100 Polytheist on this setup doing 8 mod jungle valley exarch altar farming (+3 mods from phrecia) deathless from level 94 onward.
This setup can also easily clear sims with 5 rewards and should also be able to do so quite early in the league - just have to be a bit careful since it's not fully ailment immune.
Damage starts of pretty slow and rather mid if you opt for early block - gets a lot better with a few lvls and the first unique weapon (divinarius) or even a multimod sceptre / mystic refractor (3 proj).
Damage & tank will be 100% too low to do anything more than 1.5k delve, but should be very strong on pre-MB setup for chilling at 600 if ur into that on like a 50d budget.
Char is semi bricked, normally you would get astral projector from ascendancy and my militant faith blocks me from getting frenzies (had 3 min frenzies previously). Also you would have 4 endurances on a real setup instead of my 0 here.
Pyro mines has roughly 33% hitrate on single target with each projectile. We have 4 baseline projectiles and get 2 from ascendency, meaning the +2 proj pushes the build from avg 1 nova hit + 1.33 proj hits to 1 nova hit + 2 proj hits on avg (with detonate mines on automation) giving a 28% more dmg multiplier.
+2 skill levels gives another roughly 20% more damage multiplier.
The second power charge ring instead of the astral projector is another ~18% DPS upgrade.
