As soon as I saw the new Covenant with added level 29 chaos damage I knew I wanted to go with a skill with low flat damage to abuse it to the max, and lancing steel turned out to be the perfect candidate. I put together a pretty quick PoB and it turned out just amazing, with 2 mil damage (4mil with Savior), decent hp, all the usual tanky stuff plus insane life gain on hit, AND massive clear from deadeye's chain.
