This was my strongest League Starter ever, and I decided to push it to its limit. Here is what the build looks like at full power. I mention the "DoT cap" a few times but don't explain what it means; basically the Damage Over Time upper limit in Path of Exile is about 35 million DPS because of the way the game calculates damage.
This build cleared all ubers, wave 30 Simulacrum, rank 2000 TotA, lots of Forbidden Sanctums, and hit level 100 naturally just by solo mapping.
