Feel like I hit a brick wall with this build, I got it to be pretty tanky and I can even survive t16 whisped maps and tank through some crazy mobs, but my DPS feels lacking. POB Linked below, looking for suggestions on how to take it farther from here. Have about 30-40 Div liquiid for upgrades, but I feel like itll take more than that to pump the damage up. Getting all charges beyond 11 seems prohibitively expensive. Is this just sort of the nature of this build, am I missing something super obvious? I'm looking to make a divine ire bossing build. 40% damage while channeling doesn't do much against bosses but damage looks OK I'm looking for things I could incorporate to either increase damage and cast speed in expense of defences for bossing. But also I'd like to make a variant for slow mapping investing on defences (I have no idea how to do this but I'd have to drop doryani I guess).

I wanted to league start CF Champion this league, but after the suggested changes from KB wander to Spectral throw, I though I'd try to find another option.
