Feel like I hit a brick wall with this build, I got it to be pretty tanky and I can even survive t16 whisped maps and tank through some crazy mobs, but my DPS feels lacking. POB Linked below, looking for suggestions on how to take it farther from here. Have about 30-40 Div liquiid for upgrades, but I feel like itll take more than that to pump the damage up. Getting all charges beyond 11 seems prohibitively expensive. Is this just sort of the nature of this build, am I missing something super obvious? Considering re-rolling at this point for something w poison to clear juiced t16s and maybe

PoB: Currently have around 30-35 divs to upgrade, just not sure where to go from here, shield and ring maybe, but idk. Also is this good enough for ubers, or is it better to just spend the divs to reroll to some boss killer?
