PoE Dawnbreaker, Channelling builds without Mageblood

So thanks to u/HerpaderPoe whose post made me play a bit and improve my 6 link vaal flameblast. Heres my 95% complete build. I've waited to post this because prices tend to jump on well viewed builds/strategies. So now that I have all my gear and jewels I think I am good, plus everyone is jumping ship. So I tried to get as tanky as possible without using any of the mentioned mechanics. Turns out you can get permanent uptime on 4 utility flasks on any class with a flask belt+the 4 pointer flask cluster near elusive nodes and The Traitor Keystone. Without such a belt you would just drop the less duration mods on the flasks and get %chance to avoid, has the same effect basically. That, coupled with 3 points into max res solves ele mitigation, pretty much. This means for 7 points we can get roughly as much as suppression would net us

Hi, lately i've been playing stormburst inquisitor, to great success, done most content in the game including feared, it's reasonably tanky and worked well on scuffed ssf gear, scaling nicely as i went through the new atlas. as it's my first time making my own build, do you guys see any glaring improvement here or any good opportunity to min-max? i've been getting better at crafting gear as far as ssf goes, so any advice is welcome, thanks :D POB:
