PoE ChiefSraSgt_Scion builds

So thanks to u/HerpaderPoe whose post made me play a bit and improve my 6 link vaal flameblast. Heres my 95% complete build. I've waited to post this because prices tend to jump on well viewed builds/strategies. So now that I have all my gear and jewels I think I am good, plus everyone is jumping ship.
