Poe 3.29 - Fire conversion Winter Orb | Winter Orb is OP now.

Hi guys, Winter Orb just received a huge buff in 3.29, so I decided to test it out.

This build converts 100% of cold damage to fire damage using Cold to Fire Support and Avatar of Fire. That allows us to take advantage of Enmity's Embrace for 200% fire penetration. I also use Call of the Void, which enables chain explosions from Herald of Ice, resulting in extremely satisfying screen-wide clear.

For defense, the build reaches 90% fire resistance and converts 90% of cold and lightning damage taken into fire damage. This setup also lets us use Replica Nebulis for a massive damage boost.

Overall, the build feels great even before the 3.29 buffs. It has excellent clear speed, fast movement with Shield Charge, solid single-target damage, and strong defenses. With the buffs coming in 3.29, I'm pretty confident Winter Orb will be in a really good spot.

As you can see in the latter part of the video, if you want much higher single-target damage, simply swap Winter Orb for Blazing Salvo and Call of the Void for Nimis. With those changes, the build is capable of deleting Uber bosses.

For 3.29, I’m not sure whether we’ll still have access to Scream of the Desiccated belt, so I made a Mageblood version instead. It offers significantly more damage and is much tankier.
