PoE Cyclone, Marauder, League Starter builds

Hello Everyone, I do not normally create my own builds and only tend to follow build guides. However, this last league proved that I can be in a situation where I don't enjoy any of the build guides being created (i.e. they are focused on what I consider to be a boring meta strategy - MF on Abyss - or they are just not interesting skills to me). I have went a different route based on feedback and came up with what is less DPS but should be easier to gear (no enlighten etc.) and a bit more tanky without the Abyssus. There is less DPS overall however. Thanks!

True league start - Dual Sword Cyclone Berserker My goal is to make a true league start build that is cheap to get up and rolling and can make reasonable gains over time in both defense and DPS. Several leagues past I enjoyed the Dual Ahn's Might / no Frenzy charge style but wanted to see if I could get modern day DPS out of it budget wise (which in my mind is 1mil DPS against a boss physical) The final goal would be easily running yellow to low tier red maps for farming. This build is attempting to maximize the buffs given by Her Embrace (from Oni Goroshi) by adding physical damage and "gain % Physical Damage as extra Fire Damage" modifiers and stacking increased Fire Damage/More Fire Damage modifiers. Two strategies for defenses: 1. Regular defenses, stacking Life, Strength, and resistances (problematic with Abyssus helm, Her Embrace degen) 2. Converting physical damage (mostly Hits, also degens) into elemental damage and then utilizing Transcendence to apply stacked Armour to elemental Hits on top of resistances. Just prior to league start, I theorycrafted a couple of builds: a Hexblast Occultist and a RF/Searing Bond Cheiftan. At he last minute I decided to go with the Cheiftan as the defences looked more solid, and I couldn't be happier. This has been the smoothest, easiest league start I've experienced, and one of the strongest builds I've played in my 1200 hours in POE. Thus far, I've invested a grand total of 25c on this build, and 22c of that was on the amulet. Close to 1m DPS with pretty average gear and cheap-as-mud uniques
