Smoother EA option - Scion chieftain/raider

Basically wanted quality of life from raider and leech+damage from chieftan. This creates an extremely smooth character that has the DPS of EA, decent tankiness (bit less than champ), but MUCH better recovery than either elementalist, heiro, or champ. Marks are chosen over arcanist brand for less buttons and alchemist mark does basically the same thing. Thx ziz for formula - attack speed * fuse duration * totems + 1 for some reason (1.89 * 1.7 * 6) + 1 = 20 fuses - Need to get chieftan before taking leech nodes. Do so ASAP. - EA gem changes are in config. Remove once POB updates. - Can be made much tankier with gear, drop some tree dps/accuracy for more armor/evasion - Endurance charges via rings is preferrable to enduring call, but super important for making tankier - Enable steelskin or molten shell to see max hit numbers. Simply removed to keep stats honest. - If you get +1 curse on gear, you can rework the frenzy setup for curse on hit. Move blink arrow and drop quantity. Personallly keeping them since GGG says they reworked MF. - Iron reflexes is an option with the amount of leech we have. - Minion attack speed tech is avoided to reduce complexity. - Lots of options to change up skills for personal preferrence.
