PoE Templar, Spell builds with custom stat filters

Hi, I've been playing PoE a few seasons now. Started during beta but gave up and came back a year back. I've mostly followed guides and did 38/40 and level 100 this season with Pohx RF Jugg. I like tanky builds and don't mind sacrificing some DPS for defence. Late this season also tried a Occultist Storm burst build just to see how it work and started play around in PoB for a Inquisator build.   So this is the first build I've come up with that isn't a total disaster. TBH, I was following Tataniel's stormburst totems starter but then started adding stuff of my own, like annihilating light, till it got to where it is today.   This is noob stuff so it obviously has problems (-52 chaos resist) but the defense largely comes from putting down the decoy totems so nothing attacks me while the totems kill everything in an area.   It's a glass canon build, I'm fine with that, I will die sometimes. I am like in dire need of help... I don't know what to improve on next honestly. I can farm T16 maps slowly, but I still do get 1 shotted lol. I've seen people running Hex Master on PoENinja and some people don't even run Vitality or Determination. Can't fit Vitality in at the moment. I prioritized Determination over Vitality. With all the flak 3.19 got, i wanted to share my experience of it, from a casual, 5-15 hours per week point of view. Builds i played were quite meta, but with probably less effort put on them than average player. The gear does reflect it, but there are couple items i got very lucky, and happy with. Probably pretty average result you might get given the same amount of time played. Gearing was quite tough early on, as before the soft nerf on arch-nem crafting was almost non-existant with my starter RF. Essences were scarce, harvest was gutted and drops were low. Following Pohx RF, got 81lvl, done full labs, bought aegis and few other items from guide, but still on red maps (t12-13) feel like not enough dmg, bosses die very very slow. Pls look at my build and give some advise. maybe i play this build not how it should be. POB: Goal is to be a good support for a team, a decent number of auras: Purity of Fire, Vitality, Determination, Purity of Elements, and Tempest Shield. (Items used are actual items I found off the trade site, with some minor-ish exceptions.) For the uniques, I pulled them in via the pob option and maxed their rolls, and for the chestpiece I swapped the implicits for a set of implicits that are theoretically possible to make, as far as I can tell, just will take lots of high tier eldritch orbs. Hello all, I decided to go with RF Inquisitor this time, and so far have been having a blast with it. I even managed to beat Eater of Worlds once. Even so it feels it a bit squishy. I am looking to see if there are any little tweaks I can make to not be so squishy. Any advice you can offer would be great! POB: Edit: I can't seem to progress past level 91. Some of those maps just wreck me, and I lose all gained exp.

Initial thoughts: 1. No guide, and not much currency right now so I'm sure it's janky. 2. DI charge time is reeeeeeally annoying when facing AOE ele dmg which blows the totems away. Thinking of switching to Arc Totems to counteract this- good idea or bad? 3. Tried to go 1H/Shield but the Staff block nodes were easier to reach. Mistake on my end?

POB link: tl;dr I made this build in harvest.. it's really good and fun, but the problem is that now I don't want to play any other build.. and I don't want to remake this build in another league because I know I wont be able to achieve the same level of gear. So it feels bad. At the same time I don't want to miss out on Lake of Kalandra. I've been making mainly minion builds for several leagues now, leveling at least 4 of them to 100 in HC Trade so far during last couple of leagues. I've done Zombies, Spectres (when they were viable) and last league Skeleton Mages. We had fairly major minion changes in the patch notes, and thus I'm going back to Zombies. Currently saving for Impossible Escape so I can free up the points on the bottom and nab Influence. The really expensive stuff (Sanctuary of Thought Forbidden Flesh/Flame) is out of my reach at the moment.
