PoE Arcane Blessing builds

Let me start this off with this build is not viable, it does no damage, and by no damage, I mean it literally does less than 10k damage a second. Since the damage on manabond is based on current mana, not mana spent, I've theorycrafted a hiero build based on reducing mana cost of skills as much as possible, which should allow us to control the AOE/damage by controlling our mana. With 9k mana and Pledge, Manabond will cost 4000 mana without any reduced costs. Using inspiration, reduced mana nodes on the tree, jewels, and flask, we can reach 100% reduce mana cost (might be optimal to have at 80-95% reduced though). tldr: molten shell go boom for \~2M dps, generally invincible, and maximum jank I discovered an interesting interaction with Power of Purpose (PoP) awhile back, namely that any "Gain maximum mana as extra maximum energy shield" modifiers actually use the pre-conversion maximum mana (verified in game). This means mana stacking gives us both armour and energy shield. However, I couldn't figure out how to get reasonable damage out of the build... until this patch! As far as I can tell, fanaticism is clunky and sucks... but the new manabond skill got me thinking that maybe it could be spammed to high heaven using fanatacism. The general premise is that you would play a character with like 10,000 mana and get 1500 base lightning for manabond when all your mana is gone and you use the skill.
