POE 3.14 Builds - ICE NOVA TEMPLAR - FROZEN DEATH - Ultimatum League Starter Build for Beginners

PoE Templar builds offer an amazing spellcaster gameplay alternative to those who don't want to play a PoE Witch for any reason... Templar Hierophant build combines strong focus on Elemental Damage, boosting Mana pool, and Spell Critical Chance that helps you destroy everything.

In this Path of Exile Beginners guide I'll offer you my take on Ice Nova Hierophant Templar build that doesn't require any Unique gear to make it work at its core, relying mostly on the gems and jewels you get during your PoE leveling process.

This build was created for PoE 3.14 Ultimatum League and would work as an amazing League Starter build for anyone who has little experience with Path of Exile and wants to learn the basics of the game and different builds.
