PoE Occultist, Witch, League Starter builds

Setting expectations No, this is not a new meta breaker and it's not supposed to be. I just wanted a hypster unique way to clear the remaining parts of endgame my current build cannot deal with (maven, uber elder, sanctums) I also am trying to somewhat contain its budget, it doesn't need to be a league starter but i also would rather not have to farm 100+ divines before being able to get my final voidstones Build concept Doedre's Scorn scales added chaos damage for each curse on an enemy. We then use Anathema to scale curse limit through power charges. We apply curses with 2 cursed

TL;DR| Pob link here: ---|--- Quick Explanation | A level 24 creeping frost skill gem is used to simulate the expected damage of a level 20 FB skill gem (based on comparisons with Searing Bond.) On Shako, I've added a 410% more damage over time modifier to simulate the level 30 version of the skill (based on searing bond's scaling.) There is a non Shako version under the Default tab, which is just a down-grade in practically every regard. Both use Supreme Ostentation, because league reasons. Build is fully built, but not optimized. There is almost certainly better

Bossing vs Mapping For Bossing: Use Zealotry instead of Determination Use Atziri's Promise instead of Granite Flask Use Steelskin on left click instead of Molten Shell Allocate Whispers of Doom for a third curse and add Assassin's Mark (only if you're totally focused on bossing - for normal bossing, you don't need to have three curses) Allocate Charge Mastery - 100% increased Charge Duration (helps you maintain charges during phases) Balanced Mapping: Use Determination and Molten Shell on Left Click. Only use Hatred with Divine Blessing - you don't need more damage for mapping Use

So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation. Currently there is no one playing Hexblast in this way on Poe Ninja so I guess you could call this an "off meta build" lol :). I do like the Ignite playstyle and maybe there are some fello
