Hello everyone! :)

This league has been an absolute treasure in regards to build diversity. I know that bow and totem builds have proliferated for the last month, and I’ve tried my hand at both attack and spell builds. However, I haven’t touched a chaos build as of yet. And so, I bring forward something different than what I’ve done so far: the Dark Pact Blaster!

This build is a cast-on-self Anomalous Dark Pact build that takes advantage of Dissolution of the Flesh and the juicy witch explosions triggered by Profane Bloom. Cast-on-self Dark Pact is usually not done as you sacrifice a lot of life to be able to cast, which means you usually end up at 1 HP and something instantly kills you.

THAT is where Dissolution of the Flesh comes in! It completely solves the HP issue, as damage taken is reserved, and thus it is possible to cast Dark Pact without worry. We then stack as much life as possible and use Rathpith Globe to scale our damage to really high levels. In combination with Rampage, Death Rush, Onslaught, and Sublime Vision with Haste, this damage allows us to zoom through our maps really quickly, all while having Profane Bloom take care of cleanly melting packs around us.

I’ve been sitting on this build for a little while, but I finally put the video together. It was an absolute BLAST (get it?!) to play! It looks badass, feels smooth, and can be made really for really cheap as it only requires 1 uniques that are worth a bunch of chaos and the rest of the gear can just be rares with high life.
