PoE The Dark Seer builds

Hi All, Inspired by Phreak's spreadsheet breakdown today, I decided to look into a Shield Crush Glad. I looked at POB Ninja's first week of gladiator builds and put a few ideas together and optimized the tree a bit to get the following result: I'll probably be league starting this until I know what the best build is for Sanctum farming. So this is not a build showcase, it's a work in progress, I'm looking for feedback on how to make the character more powerful without heavy investment - I'm a casual player so I can sink a few more divines in at most. Basically the idea is to do the Snakebite/Frenzy stacking thing, but go crit poison because Emperor's Vigilance, Seething Fury give a ton of extra crit multi, kind of like the Nightblade poison builds. I'm also getting a bunch of crit chance from self-blind with Second Sight Keystone, good synergy because you don't need a high dps weapon since your shield is doing all your damage

Leveling I'm not great at rushing through the campaign but I used splitting steel. If you get the Titucius' Span shield, you can With mana reservation implicits, you can anoint disciple of the slaughter instead of charisma. Panopticon is still the best anoint for single target DPS with ancestral totems but I like the flexibility of not being force to always have the totems placed. I started building a new league starter (hopefully no balance changes to SC) and think that I have a pretty refined idea for budget Shield Crush utilizing some cheap uniques. Watchers Eye (Single Mod) is really the only item that may be expensive to work towards as a goal in the first week, but impale is pretty non-meta right now. Overall nothing too crazy or innovative but think its worthy of a league start. POB has no cluster, gem quality, flasks, Eldritch mods, or berserk buff.
