I found voltaxic burst after testing out spells I haven't played and really liked it. I tried making a build for it, and for the first time I managed to make a build that feels good for T16 clear. So I wanted to share since it's off meta and can handle AN and the current 3.19 changes. I've been taking the league really slow so I haven't run a lot of the end game bosses yet, but it had no issues with Guardians, Searing, Eater, Elder, and mastermind. Everything else I have yet to run. Defences: The build is very tanky with lots of regen, GB + surrender, EB MoM. I can stand inside of

Initial thoughts: 1. No guide, and not much currency right now so I'm sure it's janky. 2. DI charge time is reeeeeeally annoying when facing AOE ele dmg which blows the totems away. Thinking of switching to Arc Totems to counteract this- good idea or bad? 3. Tried to go 1H/Shield but the Staff block nodes were easier to reach. Mistake on my end?
