PoE 3.21 Crucible Pathfinder builds

I really wanted to make use of the Master Surgeon and the Sorrow of the Divine Flask interaction so I tried to combo them with the Trialmaster shield. Other than that, Master Surgeon's synergy with petrified blood inspired me to go Low Life and scale hit based chaos spell, therefore Forbidden Rite. Here is what I come up with: I have never played FR before so I took inspiration from some Occultists in poe.ninja. Let me know if I overlooked anything.

I'm not sure what I am doing here. But I have some thoughts: Gearing: - This is aimed at an SSF leaguestart. I am sure that you could pick up some very useful uniques in trade that would help numbers go BRR (ie Mings Heart, Covenant, Asenath's Gentle Touch). - I literally yoinked all the gear from people who built this on Occultist and Trickster on POE Ninja. Also I straight up copied items with very few changes from Ziz's TR Pathfinder because I wanted Armour/Evasion bases and was too lazy - I think I can get Dark Temptation cards from Delve chests to farm up an Obliteration

here is the POB (dev POB) master surgeon for insane life regen, petrified blood I don't know what to do with the chest skill setup, TR ballista is there but not sure if its the right move thoughts ?

I've been theorycrafting this Chaos Reap Pathfinder. Never played Reap before and not seen anyone do this so have no reference. I'm wondering if this in general is just a bad idea or if I'm missing some very strong tech. I think the life regen is way too low to sustain Reap but struggling to push it higher. The dps is a bit too low for me for this budget, unless Reap overlaps and I'd consistently be hitting each target with 2-3 Reaps and thus putting the dps in the 15-20m dps range.
